Owen Kean is an experienced broadcast offline editor, producer and director. He has cut and delivered current affairs programmes, documentaries, fact ent and formats for BBC Two, Channel 5, BBC World Service, BBC Three, Al Jazeera, and extensive short form work with agencies. He has a background in developing and delivering sensitive, editorially complex character led docs. His programmes have won two BAFTA Children’s Awards, an RTS North Award, One World Media Awards and a Broadcast Digital Award, with nominations or special mentions at the One World Media Awards, IDA Awards and AIB Awards.
